About the Role

As the Business Development Director for Unipart Saudi Arabia, you will develop and deliver our business development and growth strategy across the Kingdom, aligned to our KSA corporate plan. Operating as the KSA territory lead for new business, you will own the pipeline end-to-end, from lead generation and qualification through to proposal and close, leveraging opportunities driven by Saudi Vision 2030, the Special Integrated Logistics Zone (SILZ), and regional headquarters (RHQ) expansions.

As part of your key responsibilities you’ll:

  • Create and deliver an annual KSA business development plan targeting key growth sectors and strategic accounts.
  • Own and manage the full territory pipeline in HubSpot, driving opportunities from initial lead generation through to close.
  • Identify strategic, high-value, and multi-capability pursuits, collaborating with the global commercial team to bring in Unipart Group expertise.
  • Lead disciplined bid/no-bid tender processes, RFPs, sector pricing models, and proposal library responses.
  • Negotiate clear, balanced commercial agreements with support from Unipart Group Legal and Finance teams.
  • Execute targeted marketing, event, and digital strategies, including C-level outreach to RHQ companies, LinkedIn thought leadership, and GACA/SILZ co-marketing.

About You

We’d love you to have the following skills and experience, but please apply if you think you’d be able to perform well in this role!

  • Proven track record of winning new business in contract logistics / 3PL in Saudi Arabia, supported by an established C-level network.
  • Extensive experience leading complex commercial tenders, RFPs, and contract negotiations.
  • Strong proficiency in pipeline management and CRM tools (preferably HubSpot), alongside financial modeling and business case development skills.
  • Master’s degree or equivalent, preferably in supply chain and logistics or business management.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic fluency is highly desirable) with a valid KSA driving license and availability to travel across Riyadh and the Kingdom.
